Hello CCPS parents,
The CCPS Technology Department is aware of on-going issues related to the PowerSchool mobile app not displaying all student information. PowerSchool is currently working on these issues, and we wanted to share the latest updates from the company on them.
Here is the latest correspondence from PowerSchool support about the issue for the Parent/Student mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
“Thank you for your patience. It appears that the problem you are experiencing is related to a known issue. There will be a future update for the iOS app, but a timeline has not been mentioned.”
Please know that you are still able to check students grades and attendance through the CCPS Parent Portal as it is not affected by the app issue.
