Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) will be meeting after school on Tuesday, March 26th in Mrs. Horton’s room (B06). Membership is open to anyone who is currently taking or has taken a Family and Consumer Science or Culinary Class.
Have you completed 50 hours of community service during your high school years? If so, you may be eligible for the Civic Seal on your diploma! Turn in documentation of your community service to Mrs. Minor in the School Counseling Office by 4/12.
Attention Juniors and Seniors:
CHS students are able to visit Virginia State University on April 10th. If you plan to attend, please sign up and pay the $15 trip fee in the School Counseling Office by March 29th. See Mrs. M. Jones or Mrs. Minor with questions.
If you are looking to purchase a prom dress at a deeply discounted rate, there is a Spring/Summer Warehouse Sale on Friday, March 22nd (8AM-3PM) and Saturday, March 23rd (8AM-1PM). Prom dresses run from $18 to $45. All sales are final. The sale is located at Rare Editions, 9120 Pridesville Road, Amelia, VA.
