A Perfect Combo-CHS Youth Leaders & Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A Leader Academy is a national high school leadership program focused on Impact through Action.   Caroline High was chosen to be sponsored by our local Chick fil A located in Kings Dominion.    Chick-fil-A Leader Academy focuses on the following leadership insights: vision and values, servant leadership, teamwork, communication, innovation and impact. Thirty CHS 9th-12th grade students will work together throughout the year  and be exposed to timeless leadership principles and equipped with the skills needed to put those principles into practice. Throughout the program, students will also plan an end-of-year Impact Project, which is the culmination of the program.  The Impact Project is student-planned and student-led. Stay tuned for great things from this group of kids!

Take The Congressional App Design Challenge!

This is an exciting opportunity for students throughout the First District to try out programming for the first time or to flex their muscles and experiment with new ideas and innovations.

This challenge is open to all middle and high school students nation-wide in participating Congressional Districts, and is put on each year by the U.S. House of Representatives and the Congressional Internet Caucus. To be eligible to participate, you must be a middle or high school student at the time of app submission. Students may register as individuals or as teams of up to four.

CHS CTE Open House Highlights Students and Community Partnerships

PTSO Tailgate

The CHS PTSO is sponsoring a tailgate for students and staff next Friday after school.

  • Students playing a fall sport or involved with a club, see your sponsor to purchase a ticket for both the game and event ASAP
  • If you are a student not involved with a current club or sport, then you can sign up for the tailgate in the main office next week starting Monday (9/30) through Thursday (10/3). Bring $7 with you to sign up. The $7 cost includes a meal at the tailgate and a ticket for the football game.

There will be a BONFIRE for students and staff outside of the Softball Field Fence following the PTSO tailgate from 5:15 PM-6:30 PM
