CHS CTE Students Lend A Hand

CHS Students from Mr. Roberts’ Carpentry and Mr. Black’s Technical Drawing Classes saw their designs come to life on the Habitat for Humanity Building Site in Caroline County.   The Carpentry students prefabricated the walls in the CHS Carpentry Lab and brought them to the site.  Lunch was prepared by and served to all of the students and workers by Chef Jazz’s Culinary Class.

CHS FFA and the Flying Pig

CHS FFA students at the Flying Pig beside their VA State Fair Hay Bale competition entryOn November 20th,  FFA students from Mr. Gravatts first period went to the Flying Pig restaurant and recreated their State Fair hay bale entry. The owner then treated everyone to an awesome breakfast of a BBQ sandwich created with a bacon topped donut as the bun and hot chocolate. If you get a chance head down 207 and check it out. Great job students!
