Students from the Caroline Middle School chapter of Tri-M (music honor society), along with students from SCA, FCCLA, and NJHS visited the Bowling Green Rehabilitation Center on Tuesday, December 15th. The students were honored to bless the senior community of Bowling Green Nursing home singing Christmas carols, bringing an assortment of gifts, and spreading holiday cheer to all. The Student Council Association and NJHS presented handcrafted pillows, blankets and distributed several other gift items while the students of Tri-M performed holiday selections for the residents, which were received with loving smiles, tears of joy and many thanks from all of the rest home’s patients.
This experience was not only heart-warming for our elderly members, but our students as well. Each of these organizations has a common mission during this Holiday Season and within their organization as a whole, “Be a Blessing to others, by serving your community” and in the spirit of giving, this goal was definitely accomplished on this day.
Afterwards, Tri-M students participated in their annual holiday social, and enjoyed an afternoon of entertainment, food and fellowship.
This is just a reminder that Friday, December 18th is an Early Release Day. Students will leave or can be picked up at 11:15 am. Thanks for your continued support this year. Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 5. 2016! Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

The National Junior Honor Society students were honored to be a part of the blessing of the Cops 4 Kids program. We would like to thank Major Scott Moser for reaching out to our scholars with this heart warming opportunity. Students reported on Monday with only great news and excitement on what they experienced at the Community Center on Saturday, December 7th.
On behalf on the National Junior Honor Society, we would like to give special thanks to our Sheriff, Tony Lippa and his entire staff for their compassion for our schools and the entire Caroline Community.
