Mathematics Workshops for Parents are designed specifically for parents of middle school students. Mathematics instruction across the country has changed dramatically over the past decade.
This is where YOU, the parent comes in…these workshops will provide you with the opportunity to explore mathematics teaching and learning to help you learn mathematics in order to support your child at home.
- Location – Caroline Middle School
- Mondays from 6 – 7:30 October 23, 30; November 6, 13, 27
- Dinner will be provided for families during the workshops. Homework help will be provided for school age children during the sessions.

This program is part of a research study through the VCU School of Education. Participants will be asked to attend all six sessions. Pre/post interviews will be conducted with a small portion of the participants.
