LCES Veteran’s Day Parade

Veterans Day is a day to honor those who served who have the fortune of coming back home. We should be honoring America’s veterans every day of the year. Today, we recognized the sacrifices of our nation’s heroes.


The willingness of America’s veterans to sacrifice for our country has earned them our lasting gratitude. -Jeff Miller

Please join us in honoring your commitment to liberty, patriotism, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.

We will have a parade through our building and provide light refreshments.

LCES Family Movie Night

When: Friday, November 17 @ 6pm/ Doors open at 5pm

Where: LCES Gymnasium

Movie: Cars 3: Driven To Win

Cost: $4 per child 3 and up includes entrance fee and treat

LCES Food Drive

We will be holding our annual canned food drive November 6th – 17th. Please send any non-perishable food items with your child. All donations will go to local families and to the Caroline County Food Bank.

LCES Career Day

Lewis and Clark Elementary School is getting ready for Career Day. It will be held on Friday, November 17th from 9:00- 11:00 am. Our theme this year is “Turning our Superpowers into Future Careers”. Students will have the opportunity to hear about a wide range of occupations and careers from people in our community. If you are interested in sharing your job with our students please contact Mrs. Williamson or Mrs. Horton
