As we open our school doors for 2026, there is a renewed sense of energy and purpose in our hallways.

We are going to continue our focus of quality instruction as we lean deeper into our theme: Spotlight on Greatness. Too often, “greatness” is thought of as a finish line or a trophy. At MES, we believe greatness is found in the daily moments such as – the student who helps a peer, the persistence shown in a tough math problem, and the creativity sparked in our classrooms. Our goal this year is to ensure every student feels that spotlight on their unique strengths and they receive the skills necessary to be successful in the next grade.
