Student Registration

Student Registration

Student registration can be completed online or in person. The list of documents required for school enrollment is listed below:

  • Original or Certified Birth Certificate
  • Completed Physical Form (Kindergarten or new to Virginia)
  • Immunizations
  • Signed Release of Records
  • Last Report Card or Unofficial Transcript-for placement of students transferring from another school
  • Special Needs Paperwork- IEP, 504, ESL, Gifted if applicable
  • Custody Papers if applicable 
  • Proof of Residency (2) and Picture ID

Provide 2 documents from Column A or 1 document from Column A and 1 from Column B: 

Column A

  • A deed or lease agreement to the residence
  • A utility bill or evidence of installation issued within 30 days
  • A letter from Rappahannock Electric or Dominion Energy verifying the address

Column B

  • A US IRS tax reporting W-2 form from the current year
  • A payroll check stub issued within the last 30 days
  • A piece of mail with a new forwarding address indicated by the Postal Service

Online Student Registration

 At CCPS, we utilize PowerSchool to complete online student registration. CLICK HERE to begin the process. After you complete this online form, you will receive an email with directions for setting up a PowerSchool Account and completing steps 2 (enrollment forms) and 3 (providing required documentation). 

If you unable to utilize our online enrollment system, you may download the documents below. After completion, you must drop them off at the appropriate attendance zone  school.
