Dear CCPS families and staff,
CCPS is thankful that winter storm Fern has passed. As we continue to assess our campuses and surrounding areas, snow, sleet, ice, and freezing temperatures remain. To ensure the safety of our staff and students, all CCPS buildings will be closed tomorrow and an asynchronous learning day will be implemented. All employees will work remotely with essential employees reporting at 8:00 a.m. to Caroline High School, unless otherwise communicated by a supervisor.
Instructions regarding asynchronous days were provided to your child at school last week and are also linked below.
- Elementary School Students (Preschool – 5th Grade): Students should complete assignments on their teacher-provided choice boards.
- Secondary School Students (6th Grade – 12th Grade): Students should complete “A Day” assignments that were previously downloaded or printed from Schoology.
- Students may complete their work at a time that best fits their schedule.
All assignments must be returned/submitted on the day students return to school in order to receive credit AND to be counted present. Failure to submit assignments will result in loss of credit AND your student being marked absent.
